Shipping cost: Calculated in the shopping cart before completing the order
Free shipping: For orders over [e.g. 50€]
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number.
Returns
If you change your mind or a problem occurs, you have the right to return within 14 days of receipt.
Return terms:
The product must be unused, in its original packaging.
Returns are not accepted on personalized products (e.g. custom charms, special orders).
Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective.
